We had a spacious duplex studio that easily accommodated our party of three. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there were two bathrooms in our apartment which was a huge plus. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect too, with the waterfalls and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. the rooms were spacious and tidy, and the location was great for exploring the city. We loved being within walking distance of the main attractions and local restaurants. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day.
The air conditioning in the room did not work very well, and it was challenging to get the room cold enough, especially on hot days. the Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to use in the room.

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. It had two bathrooms, which was very convenient, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The location was great, within walking distance to nearby restaurants and the stunning waterfalls. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious and traditional. One of the best parts was the calm and peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel, which made our stay very relaxing.
The heater was only available in the bedroom and the living area was quite chilly during the night which made it uncomfortable to spend time there. the Wi-Fi was only available in the restaurant, making it inconvenient at times when we wanted to use our phones in our room.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the waterfalls and many restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious and clean, with two bathrooms being a definite plus. Check-in and check-out were speedy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The lack of heating in the lower level made it difficult to sleep comfortably during the colder months.
